2. Our Products

We sell modest fashion including abayas, kaftans, and maxi dresses. All product descriptions, images, and prices are shown on our website. While we try to be accurate, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings .

Fabric information:

· Most abayas are made from soft American crepe fabric – lightweight, breathable, and wrinkle-resistant
· Some designs are made from Kadifa fabric – super soft and velvety, perfect for special occasions

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products . We will send you an email acknowledging your order, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is only accepted and a contract formed when:

· We have processed your payment
· We send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming your items have been shipped 

If we cannot accept your order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we discover a pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment received .

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes . Delivery costs are added at checkout and clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, which securely processes:

· Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
· Other payment methods as shown at checkout

Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment information .

5. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders .

· Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
· Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Evri or Royal Mail
· You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom .

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If the size isn't right, we offer exchanges only (no cash refunds) .

Exchange conditions:

· 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange
· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
· Buyer covers the cost of return postage
· Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement size with no additional shipping charge

Faulty or damaged items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs .

7. Your Rights

As a UK consumer, you have certain legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 . These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
